3. Your responsibilities

By using our services, you understand and agree that:

You are responsible for deciding which forms to file and when to file them.
You are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and truthful information. We rely entirely on the information you provide.
You are responsible for reviewing every document we prepare before signing or filing it.
You are responsible for filing your own documents, paying your own government filing fees, and tracking your own case.

4. No attorney-client relationship

Using this website, submitting a form, sending us information, or purchasing any service from us does not create an attorney-client relationship. No such relationship is formed at any time, because Ven Document Services, LLC is not a law firm and does not act as your attorney.

5. No guarantees

We do not and cannot guarantee that any form will be accepted, approved, or granted by USCIS or any other agency or court; processing times, interview dates, or case outcomes; or that our services are suitable for your particular situation. Government agencies and courts make their own decisions, which are outside our control.

Our services are intended for use only in connection with United States government forms and matters within the state of California, unless we state otherwise. We may refuse or discontinue service where providing document preparation would be illegal, impractical, or outside our scope.

7. Fees and government filing fees

Our fees are for document preparation services only. We do not collect or forward government filing fees on your behalf unless clearly stated in writing for a specific service.
